I chose the name F4URCE (pronounced ‘force’) because it stands for everything that you need to achieve your goals. It suggests the qualities of a champion.

When I found out about my Grandad, Luke Faure (pronounced ‘four’). It opened my eyes to the fact that we’re all chains, linked together through our family tree that spans over many generations. Choosing the name ‘F4URCE’, pays tribute to his legend as well as our family name.
The race is not for the swift

Some call it Chi, aura or spirit – I call it F4URCE and all I know is that it has inspired me to get up, get out, and set myself some challenging targets!
